Outsourcing is a huge part of my stratagy as any good entrepreneur will eventually find out through mentors or funny enough trial and error, so I have compiled a list of my top places to get talent for your internet business.

1. BestJobs.ph

This has indeed become a gem of a resource as they blocked out all non philippines businesses for registration, I have seen people charge huge head hunting fees to get access to the full time employees on here, but what can I say, it’s well worth it.  The only way I know you can gain access to this high demand pool of talent is over at outsourcing.cm.

2. GetAFreelancer.com

This was $1995 lesson for me. Paid a guy for coaching, sent me to this site then buggered off lol. Worth every dollar as it opened my eyes to what was possible and going on in the world. I like to source my indian writers from here, check out tips for hiring content writers. I have also found some great cheap php programmers on here.

3. Scriptlance

This place is great for small website design and programming jobs, bit more expensive than GAF but if you need something done fast, or you are starting out and want to see instant results hit up scriptlance with a small $5 job just to dip your toe in the water.

Bonus Tip

Outsourcing is all about clarity. It can sometimes be well worth spending a few hours writing down exactly what you are after and look on that time as an investment in aquiring the skill of delegation. As Brian Tracy suggests, whatever time you spend planning out a project will save you 10x that amount in the future and I am inclined to agree with him.

Some more popular ones are elance, odesk, guru.com and rentacoder whatever floats your boat at the end of the day. Try some out my blunt  “The system works, its you that is broken” approach doesn’t jive with everyone sometimes you have to be flexible and the language barrier can also be a challenge at times. My advice would be to more on to the next guy as there are plenty of others out there.

Great outsourcing image Mike! Can I steal it? Just kidding sort of. I am not familiar with the other oursourcing sites but I have used Scriptlance about 50 times. I have had incredible success. I get almost instant bids on my projects and the work, almost without exception has been superb and cheap. This site has saved my but especially on small programming projects but others as well. You are right. Clarity is the key. Also if you can set up an ftp log in with the page you want them to work on. Also, prompt payment gets you good reviews which makes it easier to get future workers. I did a review of Scriptlance here.
