Do you wonder why some people do really well in internet marketing in a short period of time, then others just get no where? There are many reasons, the one thing all successful people have in common is they are able to FOCUS.

When a lot of people start internet marketing (my self included) I would read ebook after ebook. Id read that this was the best thing to do, then in another ebook something completely different. It took me a good 6 months to realise I had to just stick with one thing and do that.

Even then I got distracted and started working on different things. After speaking with many successful people and modelling them I have realised that they all were able to focus on the tasks that got them the best result.

80% of your results will come from 20% of the tasks. So focus on that 20%, model what works! Learn from someone who has done what you want to achieve. Better yet, add value to them and they might even mentor you.

So right now ask yourself… “What can I focus on that will get me the best results in my business?” For me and the stage I’m at, the best thing I can focus on is getting leverage through outsourcing. I believe being a master of outsourcing allows you to become a master at implementation.

That is the huge struggle I see that happens with internet marketers. They know what to do, they just dont know how to do it. I’ve been there – done that. When I started outsourcing to the phillipines I realised that it improved my implementation over 10 fold.

So ask yourself these questions

  • So what do I want to focus on?
  • What will get me the best result?
  • What is the most valuable use of my time right now?
  • Who can I model?
  • What are my highest value activities?

If you get stuck because you dont know how to do something, look through some of the outsourcing posts on this blog. I recommend 5 Ways to save you a lot of time and money when outsourcing

When you answer the above questions it’s important you only focus on the answers to those questions. Do it for at least 30 days and let me know your results. Dont just research – take action! It’s so important.
